How Managed Solutions work
Our data center engineers are responsible for monitoring and managing the infrastructures that host Aruba's core services, from cloud computing to hosting and email, fundamental services used on an everyday basis by millions of customers worldwide.
Our aim is to maintain high performance levels and service continuity. All this equipment and know-how is also at the service of our customers, to manage their infrastructures hosted within our data centers, thanks to Managed Solutions.
This service enables customers to outsource the system management of their servers and to rely on Aruba's technical staff to monitor their machines and provide the appropriate support. This way the customer company, which can still configure its more common hosting services, to lighten the workload of its in-house IT department.
Customers can communicate with the staff dedicated to this service, either by phone or by opening a ticket.
For managed dedicated servers there is the option of the extremely useful managed backup service via Bare Metal. In the event of complete irrecoverable data loss from the server, this tool enables you to retrieve a copy on a new server identical to the previous one.
